Brian brings a worldly mix of recruitment knowledge and strategies to Tal-Cap clients. With over 10 years of successful Asia Pacific ventures and a further 15 years in Canada, Brian has distilled his many experiences into a flexible, unique Recruitment Process Partnership (RPP) model. Brian’s natural, entrepreneurial leadership helps inspire a vibrant, determined, customer-focused organization.
Scott brings many years of senior managerial experience to Tal-Cap. He started out in the hospitality industry, for over 20 years, where he began as a Head Chef and progressed his career into executive management for a popular restaurant corporation. Scott took his management experience to the temp-to-perm recruitment industry where he has had almost 20 years of tremendous success. Scott’s dynamic, persevering, and sales driven approach to recruitment bolsters the Tal-Cap brand in temporary services throughout Western Canada.
Eric is the newest member to the Tal-Cap management team, serving almost 2 years in his current role. Eric brings over 15 years of sales and management experience to the table, with specific expertise in the areas of HVAC, Building Automation and Construction. His relationship with Tal-Cap began years before and was built over time as both a Candidate, Client and now a Partner. Today Eric draws upon his considerable experience and points-of-perspective to understand both sides of the coin. He inherently understands and appreciates the pain points of our client-partners and works to find mutually beneficial solutions for all parties. His incredible work ethic and determination ensures he finds solutions and creates value for all his partners, candidate and client alike. His passion for business and developing long-term centric relationships is an invaluable asset.
Megan joined the Tal-Cap team 7 years ago. With an extensive background in Hospitality and Operations Management, Megan’s commitment to the “customer experience” and process efficiencies are second to none. Many of her accomplishments were witnessed firsthand throughout her career, as she has been connected to Tal-Cap since its inception. First as a vendor, then as a promising candidate and now as an invaluable member of our Top Team. Megan knows how imperative it is to maintain strong relationships.
