Brian brings a worldly mix of recruitment knowledge and strategies to Tal-Cap clients. With over 10 years of successful Asia Pacific ventures and a further 15 years in Canada, Brian has distilled his many experiences into a flexible, unique Recruitment Process Partnership (RPP) model. Brian’s natural, entrepreneurial leadership helps inspire a vibrant, determined, customer-focused organization.
Eric brings over 15 years of sales and management experience to the table, with specific expertise in the areas of HVAC, Building Automation and Construction. His relationship with Tal-Cap began years before and was built over time as both a Candidate, Client and now a Partner. Today Eric draws upon his considerable experience and points-of-perspective to understand both sides of the coin. He inherently understands and appreciates the pain points of our client-partners and works to find mutually beneficial solutions for all parties. His incredible work ethic and determination ensures he finds solutions and creates value for all his partners, candidate and client alike. His passion for business and developing long-term centric relationships is an invaluable asset.
